1. Everywhere you look these days you see advertisement and new stores specializing in Kids Decor.  While the goods where somewhat limited before in regards to colors and styles NOW includes and almost endless choice of styles, colors and designs in both kids furniture and juvenile to teen bedding.  In addition you will start to see more customization available for the entire children's line of home decor.
2. Have you been craving to have your decor be more relaxed?  If so the good news is that neutral colors are definitely in vogue.  Achieving a comfortable decor yet a style with attitude is easy to do by using layers of tone-on-tone effects.  Love neutral colors but unsure of what the hottest colors are?  You will be in style when you incorporate and use any earth tone colors preferably in a pale shade; ivory, creams.  Wood accent furniture is getting a new look as well by combining rich woods with metal that will enhance and highlight the beautiful neutral colors.

4. Furniture and Accent Furniture for all Scales.  Mix it up, want a focal point large scaled bed but a cozy chair for reading your favorite book?  Scaled furniture will be easier to find whether you need furniture scaled to fit your apartment or larger scaled pieces for your home.
5. Metal furniture and accent pieces will have an aged look through hammered patina and brushed affects.
6. If you want to incorporate decorative accent pieces to your decor consider using wood in their natural states.
